Vintage GRS-certified 45.51 carat no heat pear-shaped cabochon natural ruby cuff choker necklace. Retro, circa 1960-70. Featuring a massive vivid red cabochon cut center stone surrounded by approximately 25 carats of pavé round brilliant diamonds and multi-row pearl strands set in 18K yellow gold. 207.42 grams, 1.5" wide and 3.5" diameter.
